The whole reason for booking this excursion was to go into the Blue Grotto. I truly believe the best customer service would be to give a partial refund if the grotto is closed for the day. It was the most disappointing day. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we paid a lot of money just to go to Capri and spend more money for lunch and a bit of souvenir shopping. Complete waste of a lot of money. I would not recommend this tour.”

Fortunately, one of the crew members moved among the passengers to point out significant sights along the way. Otherwise, it was an excellent trip!”
