“Overpriced. The crew was very nice and helpful. The circumstances were not their fault. Did not get into the Blue Grotto due to rough seas. The whole reason for booking this excursion was to go into the Blue Grotto. I truly believe the best customer service would be to give a partial refund if the grotto is closed for the day. It was the most disappointing day. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we paid a lot of money just to go to Capri and spend more money for lunch and a bit of souvenir shopping. Complete waste of a lot of money. I would not recommend this tour.”

The boat left each port promptly, and we had sufficient time to explore the two cities. My only complaint was that the sound system on the boat was not clear, making the driver’s comments difficult to hear. Fortunately, one of the crew members moved among the passengers to point out significant sights along the way. Otherwise, it was an excellent trip!”
