The whole reason for booking this excursion was to go into the Blue Grotto. I truly believe the best customer service would be to give a partial refund if the grotto is closed for the day. It was the most disappointing day. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we paid a lot of money just to go to Capri and spend more money for lunch and a bit of souvenir shopping. Complete waste of a lot of money. I would not recommend this tour.”

“Excellent. We had Astrid who is amazing. It was the Italian tour! (Couldn't get the English tour) With 9 English and Americans, 2 Malaysians, 2 Spanish and 3 Italians. Astrid made it work for everyone. She's lovely and inclusive. Made actors out of some of us to "imagine" the times. Very knowledgeable. Very entertaining. And the Colosseum. Wow! Went there 30 years ago, before it was developed and just free to wander around. I was impressed then. Certainly more impressed now with what they've done and having such a knowledgeable guide.”
